Jaylah Walker, a junior at Azusa Pacific, won the women's 400-meter hurdles title in a lifetime-best 57.29 seconds and finished runner-up in the 100-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 13.43, also a personal-best effort, at the NCAA Division 2 Outdoor Championships at Grand Valley State's Track and Field Stadium in Allendale, Mich. Walker won the first 400 hurdles crown for the Cougars since 2007, along with elevating to the No. 9 competitor in division history, as Azusa Pacific amassed 81 points to capture its first Division 2 team title after winning NAIA Championships in 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2010, along with a National Christian Colleges Athletic Association crown in 2013.
