Marie-Jeanne Ourega of Academy of Art, representing France, repeated as winner of the women's long jump with a second-round effort of 20-10.75 (6.37m) at the NCAA Division 2 Outdoor Championships at Grand Valley State in Allendale, Mich. Ourega also placed second in the triple jump final with a 42-4 (12.90m) performance, took third in the 100-meter hurdles in 13.79 seconds and contributed to Academy of Art finishing third in the 4x100-meter relay in 45.02 seconds. Ourega accumulated 25.5 points to help Academy of Art place fourth as a team with 44 points.
