Johnathon Harper of Texas A&M-Kingsville placed second in the men's decathlon with 7,360 points at the NCAA Division 2 Outdoor Championships at Grand Valley State in Allendale, Mich. Harper, who won the indoor heptathlon title in March in Kansas, became a four-time decathlon All-American at the outdoor championships.
