Hiba Mahgoub, a senior at Northwest Missouri State, captured the first women's 200-meter title in program history with a wind-legal 23.25 seconds for a personal-best performance at the NCAA Division 2 Outdoor Championships at Grand Valley State's Track and Field Stadium in Allendale, Mich. Mahgoub also placed third in 400 in 54.02 and contributed to an 11th-place performance in the 4x400 relay in 3:47.28.
